Official source171. Seniority of Judges.
(1) Subject to Subsection (2), the Chief Justice is the most senior Judge , the Deputy Chief Justice is the second senior Judge and the other Judges (other than acting Judges) have seniority according to the dates of their respective appointments, unless ot herwise stated in an instrument of appointment.
(2) Unless otherwise stated in an instrument of appointment, acting Judges —
Subdivision F.—Inferior Courts, the Magisterial Service, etc.
