Official source133. Standing Orders.
The Parliament may make Standing Orders and other rules and orders in respect of the order and conduct of its business and proceedings and the business and proceedings of its committees , and of such other matters as by law are required or permitted to be p rescribed or provided for by the Standing Orders of the Parliament.
