143 . Acting Prime Minister. (a) becomes the Acting Prime Minister until he is appointed a Prime Minister in accordance with Section 142 (2) ( the Prime Minister ); and This is an official copy of the Legislation of PNG (b) may exercise and perform all the powers, functions, duties an d responsibilities of a Prime Minister . (3) The question whether the occasion for the appointment of an Acting Prime Minister or for the exercise or performance of a power, function, duty or responsibility by an Acting Prime Minister, under this section has arisen or has ceased, is non-justiciab le.
