Unless otherwise provided for by a Constitutional Law , in any case where a
PNG National Legislation
This is an official copy of the Legislation of PNG
Constitutional Law requires the appointment of an independent tribunal, the members of that tribunal shall be appointed from a list of names approved by the Judicial and Legal Servi ces Commission.
