Official source243. Priority of emergency business in Parliament.
During a period of declared national emergency , and while any emergency law is in force, first priority shall, subject to any express provision of this Constitution to the contrary, be given to any question, notice, motion or other Parliamentary process re lating to the emergency or to an emergency law.
