Official source274. Composition of certain constitutional institutions.
PNG National Legislation
Except where expressly provided otherwise in a Constitutional Law , until 16 September 1985, where a constitutional institution other than the Supreme Court or the National Court is composed of more than one person, the majority of those persons must be cit izens, but failure to comply with this section does not invalidate any act of the institution.
