181. Constitution, etc., of tribunals. (1) A tribunal for the purposes of Section 179 ( removal from office of Chief PNG National Legislation This is an official copy of the Legislation of PNG Justice ) or 180 ( removal from office of other Judges, etc. ) shall consist of a Chairman and two other members, each of whom must be— (2) The tribunal shall make due inquiry into any matter referred to it without regard to legal formalities or the rules of evidence, and shall inform itself in such manner as it thinks proper, subject to compliance with the principles of natural justice .
