Article (103) (1) No member shall be removed from the Council unless he loses confidence and esteem, or becomes disqualified for missing one of the conditions of membership, or is in breach of the duties of the membership thereof. The decision of removal from the Council shall be taken by a twoဨthirds majority of the Members of the Council. Article (104) (2) 2 The Amir, in cases of necessity and for the requirements of the public interest, may dissolve the Shura Council by a decree. If the council is dissolved, a new council must be appointed within a period not exceeding six (6) months from the date of dissolution, and till the new council is appointed, the Amir, with the assistance of the Council of Ministers, shall assume the legislative authority.
