Article (111) Every Minister shall be responsible before the Shura Council for the performance of his ministry; and the Minister shall not be subjected to a vote of confidence, save after an interpellation addressed to him. The vote of confidence shall be discussed if the Minister so desires or upon a request signed by fifteen (15) Members. The Council shall not take a decision in this respect before at least ten (10) days from the date of the submission of the request or expression of desire; and the vote of no confidence on the Minister shall be a majority of two thirds of the Members of the council. The Minister shall be considered to have relinquished his office as of the date of the no confidence decision. -52-
