Article (97) The Shura Council shall develop its internal regulation comprising its internal order and the workflows therein, the work of the committees, organization of the sessions, and the rules of debating, voting and all functions provided for in this Constitution. The regulation shall determine the disciplinary sanctions for the Members' violation of order or failure to attend sessions of the -45- Council or committees without acceptable reason; and the aforementioned regulation shall be promulgated by a law.
