The Amir shall, by an Amiri Order, appoint an Heir Apparent
after consultation with the members of the Ruling Family and the
people of wisdom (Ahal Alhal wal agd) in the country. The Heir
Apparent must be a Muslim of a Qatari Muslim Mother.
