Official sourceARTICLE 22 (1) Le droit à la vie, ainsi que le droit à l'intégrité physique et psychique de la personne sont garantis.
(2) Nul ne peut être soumis à la torture ni à aucune punition ou traitement inhumain ou dégradant.
(3) La peine de mort est interdite.
