(1) The National Intelligence and Security
Service is generally responsible for
internal and external intelligence, as
well as immigration and emigration
matters, for the prevention of and
protection against threats to national
security.
(2) A law determines responsibilities,
organisation, functioning and powers of
the National Intelligence and Security
Service.
