Provision text
Official source(1) A member of Parliament represents the
nation as a whole and not only those
who elected or nominated him or her, or
the political organisation that seconded
his or her candidacy during elections.
(2) The voting right of a member of
Parliament is personal.
(3) A member of Parliament is not subject
to any instructions in the exercise of his
or her voting right.
