Urgent consideration of a draft law or private member’s bill or any other matter

(1) A member of Parliament or the Government may request the relevant Chamber of Parliament the urgent consideration of a draft law or private member’s bill or any other matter. (2) When the request for urgent consideration of a draft law or private member’s bill or any other matter is submitted by a member of Parliament, the relevant Chamber of Parliament decides on the urgency. (3) When the request for urgent consideration of a draft law or private member’s bill or any other matter is submitted by Government, it is granted if there are reasonable grounds. (4) When the relevant Chamber of Parliament confirms the urgency of a draft law or private member’s bill or any other matter, it considers the draft law or private member’s bill or any other matter before other items on the agenda.
