Official source(1) The High Council of the Judiciary is the
supreme governing organ of the
Judiciary. It sets general guidelines
governing the administration of the
Judiciary.
(2) A law determines the organisation,
powers, responsibilities and functioning
of the High Council of the Judiciary and
its composition.
