Official source(1) The Military Prosecution Department is
responsible for the prosecution of
offences committed by persons who are
subject to the jurisdiction of military
Courts. It investigates and prosecutes
offences before military Courts.
(2) The Military Prosecution Department is
headed by the Military Prosecutor
General assisted by the Deputy Military
Prosecutor General.
(3) A law determines the organisation,
jurisdiction and functioning of the
Military Prosecution Department.
