Provision text
Official source(1) The State has the following defence and
security organs:
(a) Rwanda Defence Force;
(b) Rwanda National Police;
(c) National Intelligence and Security
Service.
(2) A law may determine other security
organs.
(3) National defence and security organs
collaborate and coordinate their
activities in fulfilment of their
respective responsibilities.
