Official source(1) Elections for the President of the
Republic are held at least 30 days and
not more than 60 days before the end of
the term of the incumbent President.
(2) The organic law governing elections
determines the procedure for submitting
presidential candidacy, conducting
elections, counting of ballots, resolving
election disputes, proclamation of
electoral results and its time limit. The
organic law also determines other
necessary matters to ensure fair and free
elections.
