Provision text
Official source(1) Authentic interpretation of laws is done
by the Supreme Court.
(2) Authentic interpretation of laws may be
requested by the Cabinet or the Bar
Association.
(3) Any interested person may request for
an authentic interpretation of a law
through the Bar Association.
(4) In case of conflict between the
languages in which a law was published
in the Official Gazette of the Republic
of Rwanda, the language in which the
law was adopted prevails.
