State finance law

(1) Every financial year, the Chamber of Deputies considers the relevance of the draft law determining State finances and adopts it. (2) The law determining State finances determines the revenue and expenditure of the State in accordance with the conditions provided for by an organic law. An organic law also determines the deadline for the presentation of annual State budget before both Chambers of Parliament. (3) Before the final adoption of the State budget, the Senate provides the Chamber of Deputies with its opinions on the draft law determining State finances.
