Official source(1) The National Umushyikirano Council
brings together the President of the
Republic and citizens’ representatives.
(2) The National Umushyikirano Council
meets at least once a year. It debates
issues relating to the state of the Nation
and national unity.
(3) The President of the Republic convenes
and presides over the National
Umushyikirano Council and determines
those who participate.
(4) Resolutions of the National
Umushyikirano Council are submitted
to the relevant institutions to enable
them to improve their service delivery
to the population.
(5) A Presidential Order may provide for
other matters for the National
Umushyikirano Council.
