Provision text
Official source(1) Initiation and amendment of laws is the
right of every Deputy or the
Government acting through Cabinet.
However, the Senate initiates the draft
organic law determining the functioning
of the Senate.
(2) The initiator of a draft law or private
member’s bill transmits it to the Speaker
of the Chamber of Deputies.
