Provision text
Official source(1) A Minister, a Minister of State or other
Cabinet member may tender his or her
resignation, in writing, to the President
of the Republic, through the Prime
Minister.
(2) A resignation of a Minister, a Minister
of State or other Cabinet member
becomes effective if it is not withdrawn
by the person concerned within a period
of five days and the President of the
Republic agrees to the resignation.
