Provision text
Official source(1) No one can be a member of the
Chamber of Deputies and the Senate at
the same time.
(2) Being a Deputy or a Senator is
incompatible with being a Cabinet
member.
(3) The organic law determining the
functioning of each Chamber of
Parliament provides for other duties
incompatible with the office of member
of Parliament.
