Official source(1) The High Council of the National Public
Prosecution Authority has the
responsibility to provide general policy
guidelines and to ensure smooth
functioning of the prosecution services
throughout the country.
(2) A law determines the organisation,
powers and functioning of the High
Council of the National Public
Prosecution Authority.
