Informing Parliament of Government activities

(1) The Prime Minister presents to both Chambers of Parliament, in a joint sitting, Government activities at least three times a year from the beginning of the first ordinary session of Parliament. (2) The Prime Minister communicates Cabinet decisions to the Bureau of each Chamber of Parliament within eight days following their approval. (3) During sessions, Parliament devotes some sittings to questions by members of Parliament to Cabinet and responses thereto. (4) The Cabinet must provide Parliament with all the required explanations on its activities and management thereof.
