Official source(1) The Cabinet implements national policy
agreed upon by the President of the
Republic and the Cabinet meeting.
(2) The Cabinet is accountable to the
President of the Republic and the
Parliament. Modalities for exercising
oversight over Government by
Parliament are determined by this
Constitution.
