The rules which govern the Saudi Arabian nationality shall be defined by the law.
Protection from unjustified restraint Article 36
The State shall ensure the security of all its citizens and expatriates living within its
domains. No individual shall be detained, imprisoned or have his actions restricted
except under the provisions of the law.
