An emir and his deputy, prior to assuming their duties, shall take the following oath
before the King:
"In the name of God Almighty, I swear that I will be loyal to my religion, then to my
King and Country, will not reveal any of the State's secrets and will protect its
interests and laws. I will perform my work in honesty, trust, sincerity and fairness."
