Article 78 The National Assembly shall consist of - a. such number of members directly elected in accordance with - i. this Constitution; and ii. subject to this Constitution, an Act, as is equal to the number of electoral areas; b. such number of members elected on the basis of the scheme of proportional representation specified in Schedule 4 as is equal to one-half of the number of directly elected members or, where one-half of the number of directly elected members results in a whole number and a fraction, as is equal to the whole number immediately following the result.
