Article 114 1. A person who is a citizen of Seychelles and has attained the age of eighteen years is entitled to be registered as a voter unless the person is disqualified from registration under an Act on the ground of a. infirmity of mind; b. criminality; or c. residence outside Seychelles. 2. An Act referred to in clause (1) may provide for different grounds of disqualification with regard to - a. an election for the office of President; b. an election of the members of the National Assembly; and c. a referendum held under this Constitution. 3. A person is not entitled to be registered as a voter in more than one electoral area.
