Article 104 (Oath of Office of the President of the Republic) Before taking office, the President of the Republic shall swear the following oath before the National Assembly: 29 "I swear that I shall uphold the constitutional order, that I shall act according to my conscience and that I shall do all in my power for the good of Slovenia."
