MEDIANTE LAS ETAPAS DE SOLUCIÓN PACÍFICA ESTABLECIDAS POR LA LEY. LOS EFECTOS DE LA
HUELGA O EL PARO SE RETROTRAERÁN AL MOMENTO EN QUE ÉSTOS SE INICIEN.
