Provision text
Official source(1) The Court of Appeal of Uganda shall consist of—
(a) the Deputy Chief Justice; and
(b) such number of justices of Appeal not being less than seven as
Parliament may by law prescribe.
(2) An appeal shall lie to the Court of Appeal from such decisions of
the High Court as may be prescribed by law.
