Provision text
Official sourceThe office of a Minister shall become vacant—
(a) if the appointment of the holder of the office is revoked by the
President; or
(b) if the holder—
(i) resigns;
(ii) becomes disqualified to be a member of Parliament; or
(iii) dies.
