Official source153 RemunerationofPresident of Senate, Soeakerand Members of Parliament
(1) The remuneration of the Speaker and the President of the Senate —
(a) must be prescribed in an Act of Parliament and ts a charge on the
Consolidated Revenue Fund;
(b) must not be reduced while they hold office; and
{c) must continue to be paid to them after a dissolution until they cease to
hold office.
(2) The remuneration paid to Members of Parliament must be prescribed under
an Act of Parliament.
