102 Remuneration of President and Vice-Presidents (1) The President and Vice-Presidents are entitled to the salaries. allowances. pensions and other benefits that are prescribed under an Act of Parliament. (2) The salaries and allowances of the President and Vice-Presidents must be charged upon and paid out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund. (3) A person who has ceased to be President or Vice-President is entitled to receive — (a) a pension equivalent to the salary of a sitting President or Vice-President, as the case may be; and (b) such allowances and other benefits as may be prescribed under an Act of Parliament.
