163 The judiciary (1) The judiciary of Zimbabwe consists of — (a) the Chief Justice, the Deputy Chief Justice and the other judges of the Constitutional Court; (b) the judges of the Supreme Court: (c) the Judge President of the High Court and the other judges of that court; (d) the Judge President of the Labour Court and the other judges of that court; (e) the Judge President of the Administrative Court and the other judges of that court; and (f) persons presiding over magistrates courts, customary law courts and other courts established by or under an Act of Parliament. (2) The Chief Justice is head of the judiciary and is in charge of the Constitu- tional Court and the Supreme Court. (3) The Judge President of the High Court is in charge of that court. (4) The Judge President of the Labour Court is in charge of that court. (5) The Judge President of the Administrative Court Is in charge of that court.
