Funding of constitutional bodies and other institutions

325 Funding of constitutional bodies and other institutions (1) The Government must ensure that adequate funds are provided — (a) tothe Commissions and other institutions established by this Constitution, to enable them to pertorm their functions effectively; (b) to Parliament, to enable it and its committees to meet Whenever necessary: and (c) to all other institutions of the State and government, to enable them to perform their obligations under this Constitution. (2) The Commissions and other institutions established by this Constitution must be given a reasonable opportunity to make representations to a parliamentary committee as to the funds to be allocated to them in each financial year.
