Official source314 Staff of Auditor-General
An Act of Parliament must provide for the appointment of a board to employ
persons to assist the Auditor-General in the exercise of his or her functions, and must
also provide for—
(a) the qualifications of those persons;
{b) the conditions of service, conduct and discipline of those persons;
(c) the independence, impartiality and integrity of those persons; and
(d) the organisation, efficiency and well-being of the Auditor-General’s office.
