Official source304 Charges upon Consolidated Revenue Fund
(1) All debt charges for which the State is liable must be charged upon the
Consolidated Revenue Fund.
(2) The costs and expenses incurred in collecting and managing the Consolidated
Revenue Fund form the first charge on the Fund.
(3) For the purposes of subsection (1)—
“debt charges” includes interest, sinking fund charges, the repayment or
amortisation of debt and all expenditure related to the raising of loans
on the security of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and the service and
redemption of debt created by those loans.
