Official source202 Establishment and composition of Civil Service Commission
(1) There is a Civil Service Commission consisting of —
(a) achairperson and deputy chairperson: and
(b) a minimum of two and a maximum of five other members;
appointed by the President.
(2) Members of the Civil Service Commission must be chosen for their knowledge
of or experience in administration, management or the provision of public services.
