Mansour Ibrahim Ahmed Saeed Al Mansouri instead of H.E. Sheikh/ Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Hamed. • H.E. Mubarak Hamad Mubarak Al Muhairi instead of H.E. Amer Hussein Al Hamadi. • H.E. Dr. Salem Khalfan Salem Al Kaabi instead of H.E. Abdullah Abdul Hamid Al Sahi. Article (2) This Decree shall be effective from the date of its issuance and published in the Official Gazette. Approve the transfer of the land whose dimensions are specified in the (attachment) to this Resolution to the Thirty-Second Investment Zone in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi for the Ramhan Island project, provided that the percentage of foreign ownership does not exceed (25%) in accordance with the controls determined by the Department of Municipalities and Transport. 2. Instruct Department of Municipalities and Transport to take the necessary measures in conformity with the applicable regulations. The Department of Government Support shall assume the following additional competencies: • Develop and update innovative programmes and initiatives as well as the standards of excellence of governmental services, in coordination with the concerned entities, and supervise their implementation. • Measure and follow up on the level of customer satisfaction and experience as well as the level of performance of government services provided, and submit periodic reports to the Executive Council including plans and proposals to develop and improve the performance level of such services. • Supervise the improvement and development of the customer experience in the Emirate to make it an easy and effortless experience, and take the necessary measures, including the direct communication with users of government services and beneficiaries therefrom, in accordance with applicable legislations. 2. Instruct you to coordinate with Abu Dhabi Executive Office to determine the movables, assets, rights and obligations related to the competencies aforesaid in the previous clause of this Resolution, that are to be transferred from the Office to the Department of Government Support. 3. Approve the transfer of Abu Dhabi Executive Office’s employees whose work is related to the competencies aforesaid in Clause (1) of this Resolution to the Department of Government Support, without prejudice to their financial and retirement allocations. 4. Approve the transfer and conversion of budgets allocated for the competencies aforesaid in Clause (1) of this Resolution and related 11 operations for the year 2023 from Abu Dhabi Executive Office to the Department of Government Support. 5. Instruct you to coordinate with the Department of Finance to include the amounts required within the budget preparation cycle of the Department for the following years in accordance with the applicable regulations. 6. nstruct the Department of Finance to take the necessary measures in conformity with the applicable regulations. 7. Any provision provided for in the Executive Council Resolution No. (180) of 2019 concerning the Additional Competencies of Abu Dhabi Executive Office and that is contrary to the provisions of this Resolution shall be repealed. Executive Council Resolution No. (122) of 2023 concerning the Additional Competencies of Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre The Executive Council has decided the following: 1. Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre shall assume the following additional competencies: • Manage and organize the public health pest control services in the Emirate. • Develop and implement the programmes and activities related to public health pest control and conduct the necessary studies in this regard. • Propose legislations and standards regulating the field of public health pest control and submit them to the Department. • License and supervise all the entities, companies and persons working in the field of public health pest control and monitor the extent of their commitment to providing the optimum level of quality of the services they provide, in accordance with the applicable legislations. 2. Entrust the Chairman of Department of Health with the issuance of the resolutions required for the implementation of the provisions of this Resolution. 3. Instruct the Department of Health and Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre, in coordination with the Department of Municipalities and Transport and the relevant entities, to assume the following: • Identify and transfer the assets, movables, properties, rights, and obligations to combat public health pests to the Centre. • Transfer the employees whose work is related to the practice of public health pest control to Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre without prejudice to their financial and retirement allocations. • Develop a transitional plan to ensure the implementation of the provisions of this Resolution and the continuity of operations of public health pest control, provided that the transfer of all operations 15 is completed within six months from the date of issuance of this Resolution. 4. Approve the transfer of all the budgets allocated to the competency referred to in Clause (1) and the related operations for the year 2023 to Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre, including the budgets allocated to the salaries and entitlements of the transferred employees as well as the relevant contracts and agreements. 5. Instruct the Department of Finance to take the necessary measures in accordance with the applicable regulations. Approve the transfer of the land whose dimensions are specified in the (attachment) to this Resolution to the Thirty-Fourth Investment Zone in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi for the Industrial Centre Project. 2. Instruct the Department of Municipalities and Transport to take the necessary measures in conformity with the applicable regulations. Saif Saeed Ghobash Secretary-General Issuance Date: 31 July 2023 Corresponding to: 13 Muharram 1445 Hijri 19 Executive Council Resolution No. (149) of 2023 Concerning the Amendment of the Governmental Fees On Hotel Establishments The Executive Council has decided the following: 1. Tourism fees on hotel establishments shall be amended according to the following: • Tourism fee equal to (4%) of the invoice value issued to the customer. • Municipality fee equal to (4%) of the invoice value issued to the customer. • Cancel the Municipality Room Fee (15 dirhams) per night for each room. 2. The Tourism Fee of (6%) and the Municipality Fee of (4%) imposed on hotel restaurants shall be cancelled. 3. Instruct the Chairman of the Department of Culture and Tourism to proceed with the procedures for amending the Executive Regulations of the control the revenues of tourist and hotel establishments in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in accordance with what was stated above, and to issue them in accordance with the applicable regulations.
