I Instruct Abu Dhabi Investment Office, in coordination with the Department of Municipalities and Transport, to lay down a mechanism and criteria for converting lands into investment areas, and a mechanism for cancelling contracts in the event of non-compliance by developers. 3. Instruct you to follow up on the commitment of developers and beneficiaries of investment areas, by developing and exploiting them in accordance with the purposes and objectives intended; and provide the Executive Council with the result within four months. 4. Instruct you to take the necessary action in accordance with the applicable systems.
