Sheikh Thiab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan shall be appointed as Chairman of Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority. Article (2) This Resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance and published in the Official Gazette. The governmental entity shall have the necessary financial allocations within its approved budget in case of the conclusion of any agreements which entail financial obligations. 2. Coordinate with the local entities concerned with the subject of the agreement or the memorandum of understanding. 3. The governmental entity shall be in charge of preparing a legal study on the agreement or memorandum of understanding and verify the extent of its compliance with the applicable legislations in the State as well as the implications thereof. 4. The request shall be submitted to Abu Dhabi Executive Office including a copy of the agreement or memorandum of understanding as well as the legal study and the request of authorisation form adopted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. 5. Abu Dhabi Executive Office shall be in charge, in case of approval, of sending the request with the necessary documents to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. 9 6. Abu Dhabi Executive Office shall reply to the entity whether by completing and carrying out the procedures or refraining therefrom through official correspondence. 7. In case the request is approved, the concerned governmental entity shall complete the procedures and sign the agreement or memorandum of understanding and provide Abu Dhabi Executive Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation with a copy thereof. • Circular No. (12) of 2014 concerning the agreements and memoranda of understanding with foreign entities shall be repealed.
