Mohammed Ali Abdan Al Sheddi Al Mansouri shall be appointed as the Director-General of Al Dhafra Region Municipality. Article (2) This Resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance and published in the Official Gazette. Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan Crown Prince Chairman of the Executive Council Issued by us in Abu Dhabi On: 14 May 2019 Corresponding to: 9 Ramadan 1440 Hijri 5 Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution No. (24) of 2019 Concerning the Appointment of the Director-General of Abu Dhabi Waste Management Centre We, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince, Chairman of the Executive Council, Having reviewed: • Law No. (1) of 1974 concerning the Reorganisation of the Governmental Body in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments; • Law No. (17) of 2008 concerning the establishment of Abu Dhabi Waste Management Centre; • Law No. (6) of 2016 concerning the Human resources in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi; and • Based on what was presented to and approved by the Executive Council, Issued the following Resolution: Article (1) H.E. Dr. Salem Khalfan Salem Abdullah Al Kaabi shall be appointed as the Director-General of Abu Dhabi Waste Management Centre. Article (2) This Resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance and published in the Official Gazette. Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan Crown Prince Chairman of the Executive Council Issued by us in Abu Dhabi On: 14 May 2019 Corresponding to: 9 Ramadan 1440 Hijri 6 Executive Council Resolutions 7 snoituloseR licnuoC evitucexE Executive Council Resolution No. (109) of 2019 Concerning the Amendment of Some Provisions Attached to the Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution No. (83) of 2007 concerning the Implementation of Health Insurance for Nationals and the Like in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi The Executive Council has decided the following: 1. Approve the replacement of Articles (8) and (10) of the Provisions attached to the aforementioned Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution No. (83) of 2007 as follows: Article (8) The Department of Health shall specify one company or more to implement health insurance for those covered by the provisions attached to the aforesaid Resolutuion No. (83) of 2007 in accordance with the Health Insurance Claims Management System. Article (10) The Department of Health shall handle the financial settlements of health and treatment services offered to the categories determined in Article (1) of the Provisions attached to the aforesaid Resolution No. (83) of 2007 in accordance with the Health Insurance Claims Management System. 2. This Resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance and a report shall be submitted to Abu Dhabi Executive Office within two weeks from its date regarding the latest updates of implementation, via an email (confidential) at the following address: ADEO-Legislation@ecouncil.ae Dr. Mohammed Rashid Al Hamli Secretary-General Date of Issuance: 22 May 2019 Corresponding to: 17 Ramadan 1440 Hijri 9 Executive Council Resolution No. (127) of 2019 Concerning the Municipal Service Charges in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi The Executive Council has decided the following: 1. Approve that the rent of the lands allocated by the government directly to the beneficiary shall be as follows: No. Municipality Rental Value/Square Foot 1 Abu Dhabi City 75 Fils 2 Al Ain City 50 Fils 3 Al Dhafra Region 25 Fils 2. The tenants of industrial lands and of the lands leased directly by the government may lease them out to third parties provided that they obtain the approval of the concerned Municipality and provided that all contracts are registered in accordance with applicable legislations. 3. The concerned Municipality shall collect a registration fee from the tenant for all lease contracts related to industrial lands and real estates and the lands leased by the government, from the value of each contract, in a percentage determined by the Executive Committee provided that it is not less than (5%) and not more than (10%). 4. The Executive Committee shall issue a resolution determining the vital areas and developing regions based upon the proposal of the Chairman of the Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities. 5. Except for the industrial lands allocated for Nationals, the registration fees of Musataha contracts shall be paid by instalments over the number of years of the contract starting from the operation of the project. 6. The private schools in which the average of the tuition fees is less than AED (20,000), shall be exempt from registration fees of Musataha contracts in accordance with the financial statements from the Department of Education and Knowledge. 10 7. Clause (19) of the Real Estate Registration Fees Schedule attached to the Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution No. (49) of 2018 concerning the Municipality Service Charges in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, shall be amended and two new clauses shall be added thereto under numbers (20, 21) to become as follows: No. Clause Value of the Fee 19 Any other %3.6 of the value of consideration transaction subject to the Law and not mentioned in the schedule 20 Registration of %1 of the value of consideration long-term lease or usufruct contracts 21 Registration Type of Land Percentage of the value of of Musataha Allocation consideration Contract Vital Areas Developing Areas Commercial, %2 %1 Investment Recreational, %2 with maximum Without Fees public areas, of AED (500,000) public buildings, Private, Utilities, Agricultural Industrial %1 with maximum of AED one million 8.
