The Official Gazette 31 October 2022 - The Tenth Edition The Official Gazette The Tenth Edition - The Fifty One Year Contents Pages Decrees Amiri Decree No. (7) of 2022 Concerning Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club. 5 Executive Council Resolutions Executive Council Resolution No. (142) of 2021 Concerning the Reformation of the Board of Directors of the Environment Agency - Abu Dhabi. 9 Executive Council Resolution No. (149) of 2021 Concerning the Appointment of the Undersecretary of the Department of Education and Knowledge. 10 1 Decrees 3 seerceD Amiri Decree No. (7) of 2022 Concerning Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club We, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler of Abu Dhabi, Having reviewed: • Law No. (1) of 1974 concerning the reorganisation of the Governmental body in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments; • Law No. (4) of 2011 concerning the establishment of Abu Dhabi Sports Council; • Federal Law by Decree No. (7) of 2008 concerning the General Authority of Youth and Sports Welfare, the operational entities thereof and its amendments; and • Based on what was presented to and approved by the Executive Council, Issued the following Decree: Article (1) His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Zayed Al Nahyan shall be the Chairman of Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club. Article (2) The Chairman of the Club shall issue a resolution concerning the formation of the Board of Directors, that shall consist of five members at least including the Chairman of the Board of Directors and his Vice-chairman; the resolution shall state the competencies of the Board of Directors, its powers, its functioning system and the remuneration of its members. Article (3) The Chairman of the Club may delegate any of his competencies to the Chairman of the Board of Directors or the Director-General; and the delegation shall be in written and specific. 5 Article (4) Any provision contrary to the provisions of this Decree shall be repealed. Article (5) This Decree shall be effective from the date of its issuance and published in the Official Gazette.
