ADGM Courts, Civil Evidence, Judgments, Enforcement and Judicial Appointments Regulations 2015 - Amendment No. 1 of 2024 ADGM COURTS, CIVIL EVIDENCE, JUDGMENTS, ENFORCEMENT AND JUDICIAL APPOINTMENTS REGULATIONS 2015 - AMENDMENT NO. 1 OF 2024 Date of Enactment: 11 December 2024 The Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market, in exercise of its powers under Article 6(1) of Law No. 4 of 2013 concerning the Abu Dhabi Global Market, as amended, issued by His Highness the Ruler of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, hereby enacts the following Regulations – Amendments to ADGM Courts, Civil Evidence, Judgments, Enforcement and Judicial Appointments Regulations 2015 The ADGM Courts, Civil Evidence, Judgments, Enforcement and Judicial Appointments Regulations 2015 are amended as follows: (1) In Subsection 222(3), a new subsection (d) shall be inserted as follows: “(d) in relation to a conditional fee agreement which provides for a success fee, it must state the percentage by which the amount of the fees which would be payable if it were not a conditional fee agreement is to be increased.” (2) Subsection 222(4) shall be deleted in its entirety. (3) Subsections 222(5) and 222(6) shall be re-numbered subsections 222(4) and 222(5) respectively. 1
