The Official Gazette 31 October 2018 - The Tenth Edition The Official Gazette The Tenth Edition - The Forty Seventh Year Contents Pages Decrees Amiri Decree No. (5) of 2018 Concerning Sending a Judge to Retirement 5 1 Decrees 3 seerceD Amiri Decree No. (5) of 2018 Concerning Sending a Judge to Retirement We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler of Abu Dhabi, Having reviewed: • Law No. (1) of 1974 concerning the reorganisation of the Governmental Body in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments; • Law No. (23) of 2006 concerning Abu Dhabi Judicial Department and its amendments; and • Based on the proposal of the Judicial Council and the recommendation of the Chairman of the Judicial Department, Issued the following Decree: Article (1) Judge Hassan Sherif Ali Al Jafri, President of the Court of Appeal, shall be sent to retirement. Article (2) This Decree shall be effective from the date of its issuance and published in the Official Gazette.
